There are two electronic giving platforms we utilize here at Downey.

For non-pledged offerings and one-time gifts we use VENMO. Venmo allows for friends, neighbors, ministry partners, visitors to worship, and event attendees to make gifts or payments to the church in a quick and convenient way.

For member's pledged giving, dedicated giving to a particular ministry, or giving to special offerings, we suggest making your contributions via the secure VANCO site. Once you have set up your free profile, giving is easy and can be set to be automatically withdrawn.
IN PERSON
An offering collection is taken during Worship, and there is an Offering Box mounted in the Sanctuary lobby.

CHARITY DISTRIBUTION
IRA Charitable Distributions are a good method for some to support the ministry of the church. Consult a financial advisor to inquire about the potential tax advantages of IRA direct distributions.
