Strange sight. A handicap-accessible trash can? Weird. Dear Downey Family, We would like to express our thanks for all the support and prayer that has come our way as we have planned for our Gulfport, MS mission trip. We have been overwhelmed with the response and feel so blessed to call you our home church. This effort has been very meaningful to our family as it is a chance to give back to an area that has been important to our lives in many ways. We are very excited to be able to go back again to do more work. Please watch the Downey web site for pictures and stories as the week progresses. We will be adding daily to the site and hope that all of you will keep us in prayer as we work to help those so devastated by Katrina and Rita.
